85 5KS Control Arm

A friend has worn-out lower ball joints on his 85 5KS.  I
understand that these are part of the control arm, and you
generally replace the whole control arm.

My question is:  does anyone know of an outfit in southern
New Hampshire or northeast Massachusetts that rebuilds
these?  Otherwise, can someone recommend a local or
mail-order shop with good deals on control arms?

Any help is greatly apreciated!
