I had a good and professional experience with Anderson-Behel Imports
of San Jose (it is where I bought my '97 A6QW). Later one of my
colleagues went there and ordered a '98 A4 1.8T. There is a waiting
list for this car - still he bought it somewhat UNDER MSRP (I think,
$500 or so).
The minor bugs I had with my car where fixed (for free even where I was
at fault, like running ink on the leather). I got a Chrysler LHS (and
NOT a Ford Expire) as rental car for the time my A6QW was in the shop.

So - I highly recomend Anderson-Behel so far. Look for Csaba Birta
there.
He handles the customers pretty fair.
BTW: the manager of the parts dept. is a German guy and usually he is,
who
works on my car.
