Air bags (again) (marginal Audi content)

I watched 100 cars go past today.  I gave up serious counting - the sunshine 
was too pleasant.  Only four front seat occupants weren't buckled in.  And 
about the same proportion in rear seats _were_ buckled in.

I think we have the front seat habit - but not the rear seat one.
