91 200q Stalling....The q list rules!!!!

Thanks to all who helped with my intermittent stalling problem.  After
initially talking to my mechanic he called several Audi dealers to find
out if they have seen this problem.  He was told by these dealers have
never replaced the "bypass valve" and that it was most likely not the
problem.  When I droped off my car liast night I left printouts of all
the e-mails I received talking about the problem.  Lo and behold, I need
to replace my bypass valve because while to the human eye it looks fine,
when pressure tested by hand it is not.  I have gained a lot of comfort
with my mechanic in that he was willing to listen to me and not just
trouble shoot on his own.  Thank god for this list otherwise I would
have spent much $$$'s have this problem fixed.
