Get him the 318i.

There aren't enough used 4KQs left as it is, without wasting another one.  Once 
he's been left standing at the lights a couple of times by 4KQs he'll see sense.

Kids are the same here - has to be a BMW or a GTI or some other poser machine 
with better marketing than engineering.  Don't fight it - let him learn for 
himself.
