When I did my Bosch H4 conv. I only used 2 relays, but since you have
the extra H1 bulbs I would use three.  What wattage are you going to be
using? I went ahead and used 14 gauge wire because I thought I was going
to be using 80/100's.  The 14 gauge is just about right considering the
wattage and the length of wire needed.

When you tie the city lights into the ignition drop me a line and let me
know where you made your splice/connection.  I just tied mine into the
side marker lights so they come on when I have my parking lights on.
