General information you can find at http://www.euroselect.com. There are VIN
decoding for cars being imported to USA. Euro VIN does not contain
information at positions 4-5-6 and 9 (it just says Z instead).
To this I can add following information from fiche:
F-040647 (positions 10-17 of VIN) was made 30.09.84
F-061823 was made 31.10.84
So this car was made in October 1984.

KV is 2.2l, 100 kW, 5 cyl engine.
This engine was made in September 1984. My fiche says:
KV000740 - 31.08.84
KV002072 - 30.09.84
Basically you can calculate average week/day of this engine production :)
