4 every rotor there is a time, Turn, Turn, Turn...

With heartfelt apologies to the Dylan and The Byrds, I want to know your
opinion on whether or not I should turn my current rotors, pitch 'em, or
just install the new pads. My rotors have no appreciable grooves in them
except for at the very edge which has not been worn down by the current
pad. The wear is roughly the thickness of a dime which is about 1MM, give
or take a hair. The information that I've gathered so far says that they
are still just barely in spec. The rotors have channels cut in them by
Paul Weston's folks...the channels are still about 1MM deep, give or take a
hair...pretty shallow. The rotors have approximately 22K miles on them and
have gone through about 2/3-3/4 of the "Blue" Carbon/Kevlar race pads sold
to me by Paul. The new pads are the same and the car will see two track
days at Road America which can be tough on brakes as it it is a long track
with some lengthy straights hooked to tight corners.

Options:
Install new pads on rotors as is.
Turn rotors, and install new pads.
Give old rotors the heave ho and replace pads and rotors.

What do you folks think? Pros and Cons...?

TIA,
     Paul Royal
