91 200 electrical gremlins

  I had similar problem with dash lights not working correctly and 
turn indicators dimly lit, as well as jumping speedometer.  The 
circuit board was replaced. No more problems.
    Dave Head then resoldered a bad portion of the old board (gratis).
  The problem was at the upper right of speedometer, where a small 
green connector plugs in.  Wiggling connector would fix dimmed lights.
  Bad ground..  If you need to send board out for repair, you can 
borrow mine for the cost of shipping each way so your car isn't down.
