absolutely true!
at least four more than that for the sockets...
24 for the sway bar ends and rear tie rod.
i think i've used a 27 (steering wheel?).
what's the crank bolt for the pulleys, 30?
axle nuts, 32?

plus hex keys and sockets in perhaps 7-8 sizes,
not to mention 2 or three sizes of triple square
and possibly a torx size or three.
