5000 turbo/200 fuel injectors
I spent a bit of time yesterday going over the latest acquisition, a
1990 200 TQW. It has the extended cranking
problem on startup, hot and cold. My first guess is the injectors are
not holding the pressure and bleeding down.
So I dig through my parts boxes and find a spare set of air shrouded
injectors from my 89 200 engine w/40k miles
on them. The Bosch book shows the correct app as 0 437 502 043, but the
injectors I have are 0 437 502 032.
So I get out the fuel system from an 87 turbo, these have the same 0 437
502 032 injectors. And the 032 injectors
aren't even cross referenced in the Bosch book. Can anyone shed some
light?
