Sorry for the bandwidth and all, but this is for anyone who sent me
something since yesterday noon.  I just had another crash and lost all of
my mail for that period.

(That snickering you hear is *definitely* comming from my computer...)

I spent most of yesterday trying to solve a persistent crashing problem,
that I finally tracked down to the *printer* trying to get the rest of a
document that originated on the web (I tried to print it directly, and
re-booted when it looked like the machine was hung.  Wow!  NOT a good idea.
But anyway...).

The crash I had just now came when I tried to re-set the system Hi-lite
color back to yellow, as my attempts to trouble-shoot yesterday's problems
caused me to lose various system preference files.

Why, yes!  I'd LOVE a clue, thank you sooooo much for asking...
