Which tank?  The tank for the ~windshield~ washer, or the one for the
~headlight~ washer?  There are actually two separated tanks in 
one housing.

There is no washer fluid at all from either left or right jets.

The fact that you hear the motor running,but see no fluid coming out,
or spilling onto the ground means one of two things:  blockage or no fluid
in the resevoir.
