Stumped, fuel problem

Instant idea is that the warmup regulator (aka control pressure regulator) has
gone west and is delivering system pressure rather than control pressure to the
top of the metering head.

A quick trick is to pull the connector off it and unscrew it from the engine
block, suspending it in mid-air. Let it cool off, and see if your problem goes
away.

Otherwise, if your car is equipped for code pulling (fuse holder in fuel pump
relay) then pull the codes. Simply spin the engine on the starter for five
seconds or more, leave the ignition switched on, and pull the codes.
