Thai, In some ways, your quattro can be _more_ treacherous than FWD, when both are on poor winter tires. With a wide, summer compounded quattro povides 2-3x the motive traction, (to get you into trouble) but no more braking or steering traction (to keep you out of trouble). bad combination, IMO. I run the 210Ps that you don't like, but they *are* very good on my 91q in the white fluffy stuff. -Grant
