87tqw price/value

I've come across an 87 5kcsqw, charcoal/black, barcoloungers,
about 80k from the original owner.  Some minor dings and one
dent, PS pump is leaking, etc.

If I pass on it, anyone interested?

What's market value on one of these nowadays?  I know the sedans
have dropped a lot in price.

Toying with the idea of replacing my 84 4kq with this.
I keep telling myself that driving around in a 1984 car
is not a good idea given my limited time for repairing
quirks...
