Hot Fuel Pump Relay

I think the root cause is a bad fuel pump, but the fuel pump circuit is 
overfused on the ur-quattro and probably the Coupe GT.  IMO so is the rear 
wiper circuit.  I will probably go to a relay under the rear seat, but I think 
care should be taken with the fusing as well.
