   Anyone know why the ABS on my '87 5000CS Turbo Automatic (174k miles) 
would be making so much racket (and associated vibration) when it kicks 
in?  It works fine but sounds awkward.  Could it just be old age (the 
car, not me)?  All four brakes were just replaced, rotors and all by the 
previous owner.
