Well Ian,

With all this talk about the US v UK prices I felt I had to throw in my
2 pence worth......
How about these for prices in Ireland from main dealers. 
These are for the ur-q and in Irish pounds ( x 1.4 for dollars, x .9 for
UKP)

Rear brake pads   101    plus 17.5% VAT
Front  "    "     125      "    "    "
Fuel pump         159      "    "    "
Fuel filter        40      "    "    "
Oil filter (main)  26      "    "    "
Oil filter (turbo) 30      "    "    "
Shockers   (each) 230      "    "    "

Nearly all parts are special order only and take anything from 1 week
(turbo oil filter) to 4 months (replacement ashtray) to arrive!
Is it any wonder I get all my parts mail-order from UK?
