I used a vise (the bench type that you turn by hand) with a looong cheater pipe 
for increased pressure, together with short pices of pipe of assorted diameters 
to push the bushing and to create space for it to move at the opposite end. 
Before pressing in, lubricate both contact surfaces of the bushing and control 
arm with silicone spray.
