RE: Brake Pads

I have just put PBR Metalmasters (made in Oz) on the front of my 91 200q
(when I did the UFO conversion to the S/4/6/V8 style brakes. These pads
are terrific for street use. I have only a few thousand miles on them. I
don't know how badly they'll heat up on the track, haven't BTDT with
them yet.

Worth noting: There is NO SQUEAL and NO Brake Dust.

I have twice as much dust on the rears ('Metalmasters' - can't remember
the brand) as on the front! These PBR pads are better than anything I
have ever seen as far as dust goes! There is almost zero dust from
them.  They are definitely worth a look. My pads came from AVS in
Washington (along with the rest of my upgrade kit) 360-748-8578.
Generally very good prices at AVS, too.
