Ed,
Thanks so much for the Bentley info on cruise control module.  Would you
go one step further and see if Robert identifies the location of the
LAMP CONTROL module, too?  I can't see that it is in the under-hood
relay/fuse panel so it must be under the dash someplace.  There is a
whole set of relays on the driver side under dash but which one if that
is the location?

I've had the instrument panel and dash top out in the past on this car
and it isn't too-too bad once you know where all the hidden screws are. 
I've already got the bag and wheel off.
