Older Audis (like all older cars) sometimes have electrical problems,
but the amout of failures on your car doesn't seem normal to me. Are you
sure this car has never been flooded (I mean seriously)? I can't think
of any other thing that could cause the wiring inside the car to
corrode. My advice - get a large can of good contact cleaner. Soak all
the connections that seem not to work. It should help. (I've cured three
window switches with contact cleaner and they're working very good now.

Check the intercooler to throttle body and turbocharger to intercooler
hoses.

Is the "ABS OFF" warning light on? If not and the ABS doesn't work you
can add this to the list of your electrical problems. Otherwise it's
probably broken sensor wire or the sensor itself.

Bentley is most comprehensive, but expensive. Haynes isn't as good and
does not cover quattro versions, but doesn't cost too much.
