I cooler repair

I was wondering how to repair a leaking intercooler. What type of glue do
I use on the tanks. Can I f**k it up in any way during the repair? Could
a leaking icooler cause my 1.3 bar bog when cold? I did notice on mine and
other lister cars that when a turbo hose rips, then is a bog at boost
that goes away (to a degree) whenit get warm (under hood air). I'll repost
my 1.3 bar bog letter to the list again
