   I think he was meaning the oil-like substance in the IC to TB hose for the
intake.  This is entirely normal (even according to Mr Ned Ritchie), and I
usually would just wipe down the inside of it a little bit when I have it off,
as this will cause these hoses to wear out pre-mauturely, but there is nothing
to solve this problem entirely.  I'm just not sure where it comes from...
something to do with the IC I suppose.  I don't think this has anything to do
with the turbo seals.
