... I kinda like Eric's suggestion about having a calibrated temp gauge, 
or at least I'd like to see what one looks like.  Is there any way that 
someone can get a photo scanned in so that we can check it out.  Since 
I'm thinking about scanning pictures ... is there any way that we could 
get a photo of NRAUTO's work scanned in and available too?

I guess the price is a little steep for me to buy an extra set for future 
eventualities.  I'm pretty sure that I'd go for one though ...
