"Turkey Noise"

     Sorry to chime in so late on this one, but it took a while for it to 
     click that the noise I have in my 4000Q might be the "turkey noise" 
     that has been discussed her lately.  
     
     To me it is kind of a "whoob whoob" noise that happened after I 
     changed my timing belt.  It was there for the longest time, and it 
     finally went away, just before I changed the timing belt after the 
     next 60K.  And sure enough, it's back.  DAMN!!  I tried loosening the 
     belt, because I thought I had installed it too tightly, but that 
     didn't really help.
     
     So, I guess my question is, did this group reach an opinion on the 
     turkey noise, and what is the suggested action to take?
