Yes, if the window regulators are good, you can easily "force" the
windows up
by hot wiring at the switch.  If you use fused test leads, you can do it
by trial and 
error or you could check wiring diagram to see which wire goes where.

DO NOT try to lift the window by hand.  This puts slack in the cable and
often
leads to terminal breakdown of the window regulator.
