harness/belt & lifter noise

Liebe Quattro Freunde,

do You guys know where I can get a hold of a harness for my group "N"
racing seat which is installed in my 86 4KSQ ? I would like to know what
the prices are here in the US. My mother could buy me a set in Austria
but I have a feeling that they are more expensive over there.

BTW, I have noticed lifter noise after ... let's say ... rather faster
driving (coming back from school-100mph+). I have Valvoline Syntec in 
the motor and the noise seems to quiet down after I let the engine idle
for severeal minutes (Motorhaube/Hood open). So, it has definitley to do
with the temp of the oil (OT is normal/OT= opreating temperature).
Should I use lighter or heavier grade?
	Any ideas? I would really need someone to shed more light on 		this.
