Ah.  No.  There are two different entities - 'minivans' and 'Minivans'.
 
The former is a North American aberration.  The later is the cargo-carrying 
(don't laugh) version of Alex Issigoni's famous 'Mini' - two small seats in a 
small compartment welded onto the front of a steel shoebox, preceded down the 
road by a 1000cc engine.
