Bentley manuals are literal translations of the original German Audi manuals.
You can easily see, looking at a Bentley manual, that they have copious
authority (from guess who?) to use the 'Audi' name and logo.

Haynes manuals are part of a series produced by the Haynes company by carefully
dismantling new vehicles. As a series, they have a value of their own.

You will not find, I suspect, an explicit statement of how the camshaft gear is
aligned against the timing cover in a Bentley - it isn't in the original German
manual, because it's a 'given' for I5 engines. You _will_ find it in the
Haynes manual.
