Dewalt makes them in corded and cordless models, and Sears has a 
Craftsman one.  Dewalt makes some good products, and they should be 
readily available from Home Depot, and the like, as well as industrial 
suppliers.  

They are quite costly compared to the air powered ones, and aren't 
available in as high of torque ratings.  I wouldn't recommend them.
