Sucky-to-the-Max (tm) US Lights

I'm convinced that the fogs on mu 1988 ur-quattro contribute zero to the 
visibility of objects I approach.

In the UK, having too much light on for the conditions is an invitation for HM 
Fuzz to stop you for a little 'chat'.  They won't do anything more than 
complain about the lights, but they _will_ breathalyse you.  Perception of 
defective vision and of the world being darker than it is are symptoms of 
alcohol intoxication.
