Research request (fuel injection)
Oh, friendly q-listers - lend me your lugholes (ears) for a moment.
I'm searching for Audi I5 injection systems with a particular peculiarity.
A number of fuel lines are attached to the _SIDE_ of the metering head.
These fastenings use banjo bolts ('banto', in Audi English - 'Hohlschrauben' in
German) that usually have Allen-type heads. I'm looking for any examples where
the main feed from the tank (but don't worry if you don't know exactly which
line that is) is held to the side of the metering head via a normal-looking hex
headed bolt - especially if a 17mm wrench fits it perfectly.
Anybody?
