Audi purchase questions

I'm looking at a used 93 Audi S4,  and have several questions.  Will the
15 inch rims from my
5KCSQ fit the S4?  I would like to use them with a set of snow tires, I
believe that the S4 was also
available with 15 inch rims and all season tires.  Also,  has anyone had
experience with an independent 
warranty company called "Smart Choice"? If so I would be very interested
to know how well you were supported.
