Which Plugs to buy

Hi about to give my 85 5000s a tune up my question is what Spark plugs work the best
in these cars?
I have been using Bosch Plats but now with all the new plugs on the market followed
by the usual hype it leaves me wondering which Sparkplugs works the best in these
cars for the money? also how about the same for Distributor cap?
