Sorry: I should have included the part numbers in the original post, but I
was too lazy to look for them.

Pump            8A09060916      $162.80
Fuel Line       4A02013516      $56.32
Adaptor sleeve  441201791       $10.16

The pump is mfg. by Bosch and prices are from my local dealer.  I think I
got everything for around $160 from Carlson.
