My '88 90Q has a function that keeps the sunroof and window system
energized after you shut off the engine, until you open the door.  I
wonder why the radio wasn't connected to this circuit?  This is a common
feature on many modern cars, and Audi had this capability by 1988!  They
were ahead of their time on many things, yet shortsighted on others...
