Sorry I have to respond,
This thread should go private because,
1. For those who pay by the byte. 2. Every time this thread comes up
everybody gets pissed off at each other and I don't s*bs*ri*e to read
everybody get pissed at each other, I s*bs*ri*e to get info when or before my
car breaks (which it has done a lot of lately).  3.  (It seems to me) enough
info has been discussed to think about.
Any replies send back to me.
