It is a ski rack only.  It does not have any provisions for mounting
anything else to the racks.  BTW, have you priced the Thule or Yakima racks?
I may be convinced to sell my Thule tower mounts for the right price.  I
have the factory mounted roof bars.  The convensional Thule rack fits over
this, but it doesn't look very elegant.
