Dan this is a small crack in the exhaust header . It widens when cold
,closes when the cast iron expands.Welding not too successful, I'm told .
Two piece replacement is better as it reduces the expansion problems
inherent in the lengthy header.Price is
750-1k, and I was not able to locate a used pair for my 10v 200. I am
assuming yours is a one piece. Good luck.
