Apart from the smoother shifting and effectiveness in a WFO situation,
etc?
I can think of another reason:
You get to use the words "pressure spike", "inlet side of the
turbocharger", "compressor stall", and "custom fabricated using a
proprietary Quattro-List design" when you describe it to intrigued
observers ;-).
