not as silly as it sounds.
i live in la county and mid wilshire is more than 25 miles from here.
if i had to make a morning rush hour trip to drop off a car and an
afternoon rush hour trip to pick it up, i could easily spend 4 or more
hours on the road, assuming i could obtain a ride.  forget about public
transportation, you may as well take the day off and wait there.
around here location is important...
