Urq Gearbox Oil - Mobil 1

I'm sorry to raise this again, I remember seeing some discussion quite
recently, but did not pay much attention.

Am I correct in remembering that someone was advocating a Mobil 1
synthetic for the gearbox, and if so, which one.

Any other alternatives would be appreciated.  I want to change it before
motoring up to Michigan.

What about the Diff.?

Any nasties to look out for in either?
