I'm not comitting myself to this yet but mine *might* be up for sale ... my
girlfriend and I are trying to get enough money together to buy a 3-bedroom
house (mine has only two bedrooms and she has two kids) and I find it sort
of embarassing to have so much money tied up in "boys toys" while she's
gracefully putting up with living in a cramped two-bedroom apartment with
her kids sharing a bedroom.

She doesn't want me to sell anything because she doesn't want me to end up
resenting her for it down the road (is it any wonder I love her?) but my
conscience is starting to weigh upon me more heavily ... anyway, should I/we
decide to sell it, I'll post it here first.  :^)
