Got in here late, so let me recommend, the way Audi intended it to be.  The
vacuum port should be opposite LOW PRESSURE, the vaccuum port is 90degrees to
the HIGH PRESSURE.  That is the way the valve is designed.  I've put them in
backwards for S&G's and found the delay in shutting the valve to be really
long, expecially with high boost pressures.  The reason you do it that way is
just as relevent in Low Boost.  The procedures thru the audi manuals SHOULD
be consistent, and I recommend them.  Hope this clarifies any posts that
might have indicated otherwise.
