Anyone have an account with Overland Parts?

I called Overland Parts of S4 rear suspension for $950 fame today.  Said
they do NOT sell to the public, wholesale only.  Also that I would have to
spend $5000 (yes $5k) with them up front and $1000 a month to stay on their
authorized list!  They also do not give out parts available lists unless
you're a member of their group.

What's up with that?  I know others here have bought directly from them.
How did you do it?
