Cleaning Fusebox

It was bound to happen, but at least it took a while.....

The fuel pump relay (who would have thought!)
in the fusebox of the '84 5KS is not making proper
contact. The plastic on the fuse panel looks like
it's a little melted too, where the smallest spade
from the relay goes into it. I've sanded down the
terminals of the relay and that helped a bit, but
the car won't start at least once a day unless the
relay is giggled or pressed in.

Is there a spray or tool that can get at the contact
forks inside the fusebox to clean them up or improve
contact? I was contemplating putting some "electrical
grease" on the relay contacts (like the stuff on GM
lamps) to see if that improved things..albeit I think
that the grease is more an insulator/sealer than a
conductive medium. I tried a new relay, and it
made worse contact, all the relays in the car seem
factory (they're date marked) and they have exposed
copper unlike the newer ones with a silvery finish.

Any suggestions appreciated, otherwise it looks like
a new fusebox.
