Trap Arm R&R

Hi:

Did my subframe bushings yesterday.  What a pleasant surprise.  No
problems!  May do motor mounts today and _all_ the front rubber is new.

On to the back where I got some clunks.  Ordered some transverse links
and trap arm bushings (the inner ones that connect to the crossmember)
from GPR.  ($110 and $35+- respectively...Awesome price I thought!).  

Any MacGuyver methods for getting the bushing in and out or should I
take the arm to a shop?

Any and all responses appreciated.

P.S.  Are there other bushings back there that are high failure?  Oh
and by the way '86 is an April manufacture.
