The colour of my Kenwood is selectable via a menu system, it remembers 'cos 
there's a battery which receives permanent power (yellow cable).
What annoys me is that on the higher spec model (which I couldnt find 
anywhere) the display is switchable between positive and negative, so it could 
look just like the dash display.

BTW, tonight at last I found a filling station in York that has super ul.
 74p a litre! No way! I'm staying with 4 star.
